Ninety One minimises environmental impact by reusing TopBrewer assets in new BREEAM London office

Ninety One (formerly Investec Asset Management) has enjoyed a first-class office coffee experience since 2017 when it installed 7 TopBrewer commercial undercounter coffee machines for its employees.

In early 2020, Investec Asset Management de-merged from Investec Group to become NinetyOne and soon after, NinetyOne moved to a new office space. As part of the relocation, NinetyOne chose to migrate its existing TopBrewer office coffee solution in an environmental initiative to repurpose existing assets.

To support increased footfall, NinetyOne installed an additional 5 TopBrewers and 6 TopWaters to ensure its whole workforce could continue to enjoy premium, barista-quality beverages.

The original and new machines have exactly the same form and functionality – and still look just as new!  This is because each TopBrewer is regularly upgraded ‘over the air’ to future-proof the asset, making it a highly sustainable investment that doesn’t depreciate over time.
