About Us

Scanomat UK&I is a pioneer in coffee technology, home of the world-renowned TopBrewer – a game-changing coffee machine redefining innovation in the industry. We are on a mission to revolutionise coffee experiences across workplaces, hospitality, and beyond, by combining design, technology, and sustainability.

We now serve over 30 million drinks a year and counting!

Our culture is dynamic, forward-thinking and full of opportunities for growth. You will collaborate with smart, creative, and likeminded people who genuinely care about their work – and about each other.

We are now seeking a Junior Marketing Manager with a passion for people, customer service, technology, and coffee – someone ready to challenge the status quo and push our business forward into the next era of growth.

The Opportunity

Working under the direction of the Head of Marketing, this role is integral to all aspects of the business; your focus is to support the planning and execution of creative, customer-centric marketing content, campaigns and events to generate B2B leads and nurture relationships with existing customers.

This is an ideal first step for a marketing graduate who’s eager to roll up their sleeves, learn fast, and make a real impact from day one.  This role would form part of our newly established dynamic graduate programme, allowing you to work with like-minded individuals across departments to activate projects and new initiatives from the ground up.

This role will require general marketing skills including planning, event management, content creation and digital knowhow. But above all, we are looking for someone who is energetic, enthusiastic and has a hands-on attitude to get stuck in. You'll get hands-on experience across content, digital, campaigns, and events — with support, mentoring, and the chance to contribute your own ideas from day one.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and be enthusiastic about engaging with customers and prospects face-to-face.

The role is based in Rugby with a mix of home working and in-person attendance for meetings or training as required. Flexibility to travel to London is essential, as you will be needed to support client-facing activities such as content creation, training, events, or sales initiatives. On average, you might spend 1–2 days per week in London, although this will vary depending on business priorities.

Location: Hybrid - Rugby-based

Hours:  Monday to Friday (full-time) 35 hours a week

Salary: Starting salary £22,500 increasing to £25,875 on successfully completing probation

Reports to: Head of Marketing
