As part of the Business Support and Client Services Team you support our already very strong back office support team, working from home you need to be self motivated, versatile, flexible and able to deal with all customer requirements. 

Location: Work from home (visits to Rugby/Northamptonshire as required)

Hours: Full Time Monday - Friday (hours to be agreed)

Salary: Subject to experience

CoffeeCloud will be your tool to help customers with their machines.

The Role

Your primary role will be:

  • To be the first point of contact for all incoming consumable orders, raise, dispatch and invoice orders daily
  • Engage with our customers via telephone and/or email to provide service advice and guidance with their TopBrewer offering a phone fix where possible
  • Log service calls and orders onto our bespoke CRM system
  • Answer all customer enquiries via email and/or telephone
  • Raise customer invoices and quotes for PO approvals
  • Provide customer delivery information 
  • Give general admin support to the Sales team, Barista team, Engineers and Management        
  • Provide credit control support 

Skills and Experience

Skills and experience:

√ You will have strong written and verbal customer service skills 
√ Technical background in coffee machines would be advantageous but not necessary as full training will be given
√ Educated to GCSE standard in English & Maths 
√ Proficient in MS Office 
√ Experience of using MS Dynamics and/or other similar CRM systems 
√ Excellent administrative and organisational skills
