As a Business Support Administrator you will support our already very strong back office support team, working from home you need to be self motivated, versatile, flexible and able to deal with all customer requirements. You will have strong written and verbal customer service skills along with a good level of computer knowledge including all Microsoft packages.

Location: Based from home (commutable to Rugby within 30 minutes)

Hours: 35 hours Monday - Friday

Salary: £22,500

The Role

Your primary role will be:

  • To be the first point of contact for all accounting and customer general enquiries via email and telephone
  • To manage the credit control process, liaising daily with customers to ensure prompt payment and resolve any credit issues quickly and efficiently
  • Work with customer portals loading invoices and documents
  • Keep all customer files up to date on our CRM systems
  • Support the team with processing customer orders via Dynamics Microsoft 365
  • Raise customer invoices and quotes for PO approvals
  • Provide customer delivery information
  • Provide general admin support to the sales team, barista team, technicians, and management team

Skills and Experience

Skills and experience:

√ Excellent written and verbal customer service skills
√ Educated to GCSE standard in English & Maths 
√ Good level of general computer knowledge including all Microsoft packages and using Apple devices
√ Experience with using CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems desirable
√ Excellent administrative and organisational skills
