CBRE adopt TopBrewer coffee experience in flagship Manchester office move
Property services firm CBRE has relocated its 130 staff into the 10th floor of One St Peters Square in the heart of Manchester’s new civic and business quarter, increasing its office space to 11,309 sq ft.
The design & fit-out process was managed internally by CBRE’s Building Consultancy team to showcase the firms expertise in delivering premium grade workspace. TP Bennett were appointed as Architects, with Overbury completing the works in a 10 week intensive fit-out programme.
The design also incorporates a stylish Client Lounge in the reception area where a TopBrewer Pro coffee machine has been installed to enhance the visitor experience.
