We are looking for a hands on marketing graduate to play a pivotal role in our CRM & marketing communication plans. The ideal candidate will have great organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. An understanding of the out-of-home coffee sector or premium workplace environment would be beneficial but is not essential.

Are you a self motivated marketer looking for a new challenge with an innovative growing business?

The TopBrewer is already established as the most innovating premium coffee experience for the next generation consumer and we are looking to build on that success in all sectors, but especially workplace, hospitality and retail.

Working primarily from home in the central London or surrounding area, you will report to the Marketing Manager and support the overall marketing and communications strategy.

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for running the marketing database, including logging new enquiries, researching new opportunities and building a relationship strategy with existing contacts, including our growing strategic partner network.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent written communications skills with the ability to produce timely, relevant and engaging content in line with the communications strategy. You will support the Marketing Manager to deliver blogs, website content, case studies, editorial and press releases to feed the email, social media and press campaigns. You will have a confident knowledge of all major social media platforms and will be responsible for the ongoing planning and scheduling of relevant posts tailored to each audience.

Your role will also involve supporting the Marketing Manager with the planning & delivery of the events plan. You will be extremely organised and calm under pressure with an eye for detail. From time to time, you will be required to attend events and represent the business in a professional and friendly manner.

You will have an analytical approach with the ability to assess the success of marketing campaigns and events. You will be able to work to tight deadlines and display the kind of personality that can professionally interact well with a variety of people at all levels. 

This position would ideally suit a recent marketing graduate with 1 - 2 years experience in a marketing role. Experience in the workplace design sector would be advantageous but is not essential. Strong IT skills and experience of using Salesforce or a similar CRM system would be beneficial. Above all you will be dedicated, organised and energetic with a positive can do attitude.
