TopBrewer is rapidly becoming the preferred system of choice in London’s premium office sector. There are seismic changes coming in the advance premium workplace as the ‘best of the best’ compete for London’s renowned talent and raise the bar in terms of the workplace of the future for the next generation of employee. Premium coffee plays an important role in this environment and this trend is set to accelerate as employees demand a speciality coffee shop quality experience. The TopBrewer, launched 4 years ago, is already established as the most innovating premium coffee experience for the next generation consumer and we are looking to build on that success in all sectors, but especially workplace.

You will have a proven track record and be able to demonstrate that experience to the highest standards. You will be joining a growing team of energetic & field based technicians and barista support staff, largely in Central London but will be willing to travel further afield when needed.

 

This is a ‘one tech’ role and you will be responsible for providing technical field-based support to our rapidly growing fleet of TopBrewers on site at client premises, along with co-ordinating new project installations by working with our clients, architects, designers, fit-out specialist and other appointed contractors to ensure new installations are delivered to a very high standard, on time.

  • Reactive calls
  • Site surveys  
  • Installations
  • Training
  • Filter exchanges
  • QCA - Quality Control Audits

 

You will have a high degree of technical coffee equipment knowledge and be well educated in the high standards of premium speciality coffee. You will need to need to have a good mechanical and electrical understanding and be comfortable with both hardware and software, including the capacity to learn new technologies.

The ideal candidate will be well educated, have excellent oral and written communication skills and be willing to go the extra mile in a dynamic and fast paced business.
