We are looking for someone who loves coffee and is passionate about excellent customer service. You will be extremely organised with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, commitment, energy and a sense of fun. An understanding of premium coffee and coffee equipment would be beneficial.

As a barista and customer support person, your primary role will be to personally support one of our key account clients at their premises in central London. Ensuring the TopBrewer experience is at it’s optimum at all times.

On a day-to-day basis you will regularly audit the drink experience, monitor the CoffeeCloud, make any necessary adjustments to recipe software, interact with consumers and promote the TopBrewer experience.

Ensuring the very highest of drink standards is being delivered, you will also be responsible for filling and cleaning the machines, plus providing on-site training support to our client’s operational staff.

You will be just as comfortable with the technical aspects of programming recipes and working with a connected product as you are with the intricacies of the crema of a espresso & the ultimate Flat White!

You will be dedicated, organised, energetic and have strong work ethics with a can do attitude. You will have the kind of personality that can professionally interact well with a variety of people at all levels and understand when its time to talk and when its time to listen.
