Rugby Junior Tri Club has agreed sponsorship from locally-based Scanomat, home of the revolutionary TopBrewer - the world's first mobile or tablet activated coffee machine.
Junior Club Chairman John Austin said: "We are delighted to have Scanomat on board and the sponsorship received has meant we can subsidise the cost of our club tri suits, making them more affordable for members. Our club has nearly doubled in size, so to be able to do this is a fantastic boost."
Simon Bracken, Managing Director of Scanomat UK said: "Triathlon is a relatively new sport, it is great to be able to support such a thriving club and perhaps even some of our future triathlon Olympians. At Scanomat we pride ourselves on 'innovation not imitation' and I'm sure these youngsters will definitely take the sport to new levels!"
The TopBrewer from Scanomat is a truly innovative commercial coffee concept. The sleek and stylish coffee tap has recently won an iF Design Award, and the TopBrewer app is unique in that it allows users to customise their own drinks and save them as their favourite.
Triathlon is three sports undertaken as one - swimming, cycling and running - if you are interested in taking part more information concerning the club's adult and junior sections can be found at www.rugbytriathlon.org.uk. You can join in with the Junior Club at their Sunday training sessions at Rugby School and participate in any or all of the disciplines.
